Abby is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a background in culinary arts and farm-to-table living. Raised on a working farm, she developed a strong appreciation for where food comes from and how it fuels the body. After over a decade in the restaurant industry, she now combines her passion for food and movement to help clients build sustainable, healthy lifestyles.
Her training style focuses on consistency, confidence, and functional movement—whether in the gym, through strength training and yoga, or outdoors hiking with her dogs and kayaking. Always seeking her next adventure, Abby feels most at home outside—whether it’s exploring a national park, spending time by a lake or river, or simply working in the garden. She’s passionate about helping clients find realistic, enjoyable ways to stay active and feel their best.

What we’ve built at Lift is so much more than that.
Watching friendships form, people support each other through hard seasons, celebrate wins together, and genuinely care about one another is one of the best parts of what we do. Hearing that Lift feels like a second family means more than we can put into words.

Six weeks. Lots of miles. LOTS of hard work.
Our Strides Run Club crew just wrapped up another awesome season, and the results speak for themselves. Nearly every participant improved their mile time, with some athletes shaving off an entire minute. Along the way, they built runner-specific strength, improved their form and efficiency, gained confidence, and learned how to train smarter.
The best part? Watching everyone support each other every step of the way. 👏🏻
A huge thank you to Coach Lauren for leading the program and helping our runners find something to work on no matter where they are in their running journey. 💪🏻

‼️ATHLETE OF THE MONTH‼️
Over the past few months, Craig has been incredibly consistent and committed to his goals - and the results speak for themselves! He recently completed both the Strides Run Club 🏃♂️ and our Never Miss a Monday Accountability Series, putting in work week after week. Through that consistency, he has decreased his body fat, increased his muscle mass, and made major improvements to his nutrition habits. This dedication goes far beyond just showing up to group class workouts - he has really embraced the process both inside and outside the gym.
One of his biggest accomplishments in May was completing his first Murph, and he absolutely crushed it. It’s been awesome to watch his confidence and fitness continue to grow. 👏🏻
Next up on his list: strict pull-ups and starting the muscle-up journey, and we have no doubt he’ll tackle those goals! 💪🏻 He is proof that small, consistent actions add up to big results over time. 👏🏻
