Evergreen Place is an historic senior assisted living home located in Manchester’s North End.
Evergreen Place is a supported Residential Health Care Community that provides many services to elderly residents who can no longer live alone. We have trained/licensed staff, home cooked meals, housekeeping, laundry, activities and much more to help individuals maintain their quality of life.

This past week the residents enjoyed our annual trip to Rye Beach State Park! We all had a great time!

Our first cookout of the year was a great success! We all had a Hawaiian feast with shrimp kababs, rice and grilled pineapple and squash! It was a great time had by all!
