Evergreen Place is an historic senior assisted living home located in Manchester’s North End.
Evergreen Place is a supported Residential Health Care Community that provides many services to elderly residents who can no longer live alone. We have trained/licensed staff, home cooked meals, housekeeping, laundry, activities and much more to help individuals maintain their quality of life.

We celebrated National Assisted Living Week. The theme was Shining Through the Years! It ended with a wonderful friends and family bbq. Thanks to all our staff! From the Dietary department to Activities and Maintenance. We couldn’t have done it without you!

This past week the residents enjoyed our annual trip to Rye Beach State Park! We all had a great time!

Our first cookout of the year was a great success! We all had a Hawaiian feast with shrimp kababs, rice and grilled pineapple and squash! It was a great time had by all!
