Spring is in the air, and a break is on the horizon :) The bakery will be closed next week (4/30 – 5/3) for some much-needed R&R for the team.
Be sure to stop by this week and stock up on your favorite bread items for the week ahead. While you're at it, why not grab a pizza or bagel (or both?) and enjoy the spring weather out in our sidewalk seating before we head out.

This week’s specialty pie: Burrata, arugula, and balsamic glaze. We start with our signature red sauce and parmesan base, then top it with fresh, peppery arugula, creamy burrata, and a drizzle of tangy balsamic glaze.

A peak inside this week's specialty bread 👀
This week’s specialty: Marble "Rye." No actual rye here — just an earthy, gluten-free blend of brown rice, sorghum, and millet flours packed with caraway seeds. And of course, the signature swirl to top it off.
Stop by the shop to give it a try. We'll be sampling it daily. Thursday & Friday 10am - 5pm. Saturday & Sunday 10am - 3pm.

Ok GF community — now's your time to shine. We need your help finding the newest member of our team. We're looking for a part-time bread baker to join us who has a genuine passion for the craft. While baking experience is a plus, we are more than happy to train the right person!
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and a true team player
- Not afraid to get their hands dirty
- A "jack of all trades" who is ready to jump in where needed
This is a part-time role to start, but there is a real opportunity for growth as the bakery continues to expand.

We will be open at 10am to help make your holiday delicious, but please note we will be closing at 2pm instead of 3pm.

Happy April! We understood that you love having a calendar, so here we go again. April’s specials include some of your absolute favorites, along with a few exciting new flavors we’re going to try out.
To keep things simple this month, we're changing things up a bit. We aren't going to be doing Pizza Fridays or limiting our bagel drops to just shipping. Instead, our specials will be available for the full week they’re on the calendar for.
While supplies may be limited, we want to offer them throughout the week so as many of you as possible can get your hands on them.
Thank you so much for sticking with us as we change, grow, improve, and refine our craft. We hope to see you in April!
