I’m a mom of two with a passion for fitness but NO time to work out. All you need is 15 min a day/5x a week :)

I’ve developed an effective program to help me get fit, be strong, increase my metabolism and acquire/improve fitness skills.


So here we go…

It is around this time last year that I decided to start running again. I used to run in my 20s but it wasn’t good quality running. I probably owned the wrong shoes, had no knowledge of HR, cadence, stride length or power. So this time it was different. I discovered a passion. Running to me is everything. It’s science, it’s art, it’s meditation. It’s therapeutic and it’s challenging all at the same time.

Running hasn’t come easy for me but it has helped me get through difficult times because I would tell myself “if I can do this, I can get through anything”. Literally ONE FOOT IN FRONT OF ANOTHER.

Sooo in the spirit of celebrating what I’ll call my one year anniversary with running 😂, I will leave you with some tips of what I learned during my journey which can be applied to any aspect of life:

📍Invest in good quality running gear - sneakers matter. Get a belt, be comfortable and look dorky. Who cares!

📍Celebrate small victories. - no matter how small.
(Running when you don’t feel like it. Beating your time by 5 seconds, etc)

📍Don’t get upset about setbacks. They will happen. Nothing is linear.

📍Be consistent- if you want to get better, you have to do it. A LOT.

I was in PJs and a robe 2 minutes before I took this pic. Some days are just harder than others. That’s why we set goals. To lend purpose to the days when we struggle, the days we require more motivation.

Today’s run wasn’t spectacular on its own but it really was spectacular in the grand scheme of things. 2 months ago, I could barely finish 2.5 miles. Today, in preparation for my long run tomorrow, I planned to do 3 steady miles (in NO mood mind you!). Ended up at almost 4, having to restrain myself from increasing my pace and from even running longer. Oh how far I’ve come. So proud ☺️

I think it was the man makers that got me. After 2, I was like…”I need to keep going?!!” 🥴

:15 per round for 16 rounds (4 minutes per movement). Complete each movement for 4 min before moving on to the next.

1 power clean + lunge (L + R)
1 pull up
1 manmaker
1 sn**ch (L + R)

🚨 And remember you don’t need fancy equipment to do this. Its an excuse you are telling yourself. If you have just two dumbbells, you’re good. Need substitutions? Ask me 🤓
