Seeing this image (of some of my closest friends in the world) reminded me that I’m so incredibly thankful to the people who support my work in ways big and small. Whether you’ve booked a session, traded your own talents, or referred someone my way, thank you for valuing my time, energy, and art.

From haircuts to floral arrangements to tree work and so much more, every exchange and every referral have meant the world to me. Your support allows me to keep doing what I love, and I’m so grateful to each of you, especially the friends and family who never expect me to work without showing their appreciation in some way.

A little life update: after exploring the possibility of selling my photography business, I’ve decided that now just isn’t the right time.

I’ve spoken with many amazing and talented people, and I’m so appreciative of the interest and support. But when it comes to something you’ve poured your heart into (another "baby" to me) it takes a very special fit to be able to let it go, and that just didn’t happen.

The last while has come with some personal challenges that caused me to slow down, but I’m happy to say life is on an upswing. I’m feeling renewed, refocused, and committed to continuing to serve my clients with the beautiful images they deserve.

Thank you for sticking with me and cheering me on. I’m looking forward to this next chapter. ❤

There is something so beautiful about an outdoor maternity session.

The natural light, open space, and peaceful setting create the perfect backdrop.

What really makes these sessions truly meaningful is capturing the connection between parents before their special new baby arrives.

I always tell mom and dad that they can expect to look more at each other and mama’s baby bump than at me. It’s important for me to portray that connection and anticipation before baby arrives.

This season of waiting is filled with so much love and emotion. The way parents look at each other, hold each other, and dream about the little life they're about to welcome are the moments that matter most.

Before the sleepless nights and sweet newborn snuggles begin, these are the memories that tell the start of their story.

It's been a hot minute since I've posted (sorry about that) and the "algorithm" will tell me to buzz off since this post also has a ton of images, but, oh well.

I have been blessed to be busy, including a trip to the Syracuse area to photograph one of my favorite crews and their Miss. Lily's cake smash! You may remember their wedding images from a few years ago and now I'm documenting their sweet family!

And, yes, I do travel, so let me know if there is a road trip in store for me to capture some beautiful family heirlooms for you!

I'm SO HAPPY to be back outside; winters are rough here!!
