What a night!

We loved hosting our optional Company Game Night, where team members and their families came together for an evening full of fun and connection. From intense rounds of Twister (who knew we were that flexible? 😄) to some seriously competitive Jenga showdowns, the laughter never stopped.

It was great to see so many smiling faces—both from our team and their loved ones—making memories together outside of the workplace. Moments like these help build the strong, supportive community we’re so proud of.

We love a good Chili Cook-Off!

There’s nothing better than bringing people together over great food and friendly competition. We always enjoy tasting the wide variety of chilis—each one bringing its own unique flavor, creativity, and a little bit of heat!

Events like these are a great reminder of how food connects us and creates lasting memories.

Our 2025 Christmas Party was absolutely amazing! Wichita Casino Parties brought top-tier entertainment and excitement, letting our staff try their luck and win awesome company prizes—it was a night to remember!

Celebrating 20 Years of Gratitude with our team!

Our billers spend the first three months in an in-depth in-house training program, followed by ongoing education. The train room is always a good time — especially when we learn about zero pays, also known around here as a Unicorn Payment. Glow sticks, snacks, and unicorn-themed decor make it a moment worth celebrating. Just another way OBS brings fun to the workflow!
