My apologies to all who visit this page with no results or returned messages. I don't Facebook well and my old tablet really didn't like Facebook. (You wouldn't believe what I had to do just to post!) My daughter will be giving me a crash course on Facebook & Messenger & notifications, etc on Tuesday. Hopefully that will change my attitude towards Facebook and it will become easier for me to post.

Sabine Bank Lighthouse was constructed in 1904. It was towed sixteen miles southeast of Sabine Pass and sunk into a mud bank. It was the only cassion-type lighthouse built in Texas. In 2002 it was declared obsolete. The top of it was moved to the Sabine Pass Lions park in 2004. Happy National Postcard Week!
