At Picklo Homes, construction science is very important to us. Here are some examples of ways the materials we use benefit our clients in the long run and build a better home.

1. Zip System exterior sheathing also known as WRB or weather resistant barrier. We have been using this product for at least 8 years.
2. Open cell spray foam insulation system. We have been using this product for over 10 years.
3. Tankless water heaters. We have been using for over 10 years.
4. New to the market this year from Amana are affordable inverter technology HVAC systems. Our homes moving forward will now be using this technology.
5. Proper construction techniques, such as window installation and sealing. The number one location for leaks not on the roof is around windows. This is caused by improper installation. We strive to continue to educate ourselves in order to minimize mistakes like that and to continue to build better products.
