My name is Catherine Martinez and I run Catherine's Cakes out of my home in Spring, Texas. I am currently a full-time elementary school teacher. Making cakes is something I have been doing since early 2010 and I haven't looked back! My cakes are bakery quality without the bakery price. I offer every day basic cakes, as well as the most elaborate and detailed; Baby Showers, Birthdays, Bridal Shower
