Today we said goodbye to one of the originals. ☕️

Juan has been part of our shop family for almost 2 years. He was our very first and longest-standing employee.
It’s impossible to put into words how much he’s meant to us and to this place. From early mornings and rushes to laughter behind the bar and countless memories in between, he’s helped shape The Caffeine Collective into what it is today.

His work ethic, loyalty, kindness, and steady presence have carried us through so many seasons, and our shop simply wouldn’t be the same without the impact he’s left here.

While we’re incredibly sad to see him go, we’re even more excited to watch him chase new opportunities and adventures in Austin. We know he’s going to do amazing things wherever he lands.

Thank you for everything, Juan. Truly. You’ll always be part of this story and this family. 🤍
