Hey there! I'm Tawny, HART's social director, and also a master at dealing with a chronic digestive disorder - aka, my body forgets to produce vital enzymes, which is super fun. Luckily, I've got pills that help me digest food like a normal pup... or at least, that's the goal. I take them twice a day and voilà, I can run and play with my friends without any major issues. The not-so-fun part? My meds, Pancrezyme, cost a whopping $291/month. It's a pretty penny, but trust me, it's worth it so I can keep on keeping on.

We are absolutely thrilled with Pistachio—who now goes by Churro. 🙂 He has acclimated into our family beautifully, is cuddly with our children and has developed a sweet and playful companionship with our older border collie!! He is already beloved at my office as well as with our extended family and friends. We cannot thank you enough for bringing such a sweetheart into our family, can’t imagine not having him now.

Years ago a neighbor’s dog got his head stuck in the slats of our gate during the fireworks. It was horrible! My husband was at work and it took a neighbor a long time to use a handsaw to free the poor little guy. Please keep pets safe🎆 🎆🎆🎆🎆🎆🎆🎆🎆🎆
