It has been decided that I'm not the man for the job!
I want all of you to know that I tried my hardest to save this but even money wouldn't save me.
I've tried my hardest to bring the yellow house to what it should be! The Yellow house is a magnolia land mark and has been for a century now and I wanted to give it back to the community as a place to gather and eat and enjoy one another but appearently that plan wasn't good enough for the powers to be!
Now speaking about the powers to be it makes me want to point something out. There is a reason that "new" magnolia (2978) does so well compared to 1774 "old magnolia" 1774 is old and won't accept change! Lets look at what it takes to make an area thrive from a city level. YOU HAVE TO HAVE SOMEWHERE FOR PEOPLE TO SPEND MONEY!!!! Old magnolia has nothing its a joke! When I met in front of the 4b when I started they told me the wanted the yellow house to be the anchor of the stroll (which the stroll is a joke...who wants to walk down a rock path and see condemned houses and crap shops!!!)
Until you elect some people to run the city as professionals and not outdated good ole boys and gals this area will fail over and over!!
I ENJOYED SERVING EVERY CUSTOMER AT THE YELLOW HOUSE AND I WLL NEVER FORGET ANY OF YOU!!! SO MANY OF YOU SUPPORTED MY OUT OF THE NORM MENU AND WHAT I WAS TRYING TO DO THERE. THOSE OF YOU THAT DID I APPOLOGIZE FOR THIS SITUATION BECAUSE NOW YOUR GONNA BE STUCK WITH AN IDIOT (YES I KNOW WHO IS GETTING IT) SO PRAY IT IS ANOTHER MEXICAN RESTAURANT AND NOT THEM BECAUSE THE FOOD WOULD BE BETTER!!!
AS FOR ME...I will be cheffing it back up at the country club and I would love to stay in touch with all of you loyal followers!! Just look up evolution catering on face book and I will be updating that just like I do here!!
