Meet Rex Oswald, a ridiculously adorable 6-year-old, 9-pound Yorkie/Shih Tzu mix who came to us as a stray. We may not know much about his past, but Rex is making his feelings about the future VERY clear:

If there are snuggles happening, Rex would like to be involved. If there’s a lap available, he would like to occupy it. And if you’re giving out kisses? Well… he’s happy to help with those, too! 😘
Rex is dog friendly and also appears to be cat-friendly! He’s curious about the kitties but remains calm and respectful around them. Honestly, he seems much more interested in getting attention from the humans than bothering the cats. 🐱❤️🐶

Like any good little guy starting his next chapter, Rex is still working on his leash-walking skills and potty training. A consistent routine, patience, and positive reinforcement will help this sweet boy continue to blossom. 🌱🐾 And when he does? You’ll have a devoted little shadow who will happily repay you with loyal companionship, endless affection, sweet kisses, and approximately one million snuggles. 🥰

He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and up to date on all preventions.
