Happy Saturday, It’s market day!!! Maman is headed to market with veggies while James and I soak in life as we are now a family of four.
As for market, there will be a very beautiful lineup of veggies from heirloom tomatoes , cherry tomatoes, strawberries, peppers, and other goodies !

Dessa and Leah are running the booth today ; ( no, baby is not here yet ☺️). We’ll be out celebrating my little sisi who’s graduating from college today with her BS in Animal Science. I AM SOOO PROUD OF THIS YOUNG LADY!!! Our future veterinarian 🥹.

Weeding day, compost delivery , cherry tomatoes in the Hoophouse and winter squash are fruiting 💛💕🌻

Peppers this weekend? We’ll have shish*tos, green Italian peppers, and jalapeño’s 🫑🌶️

The day was spent pruning tomatoes in the Hoophouse since it’s been raining all day. We even had a cardinal visit us for a short time! 🐦 🍅

I went to the farm today with high hopes that I will do more than weeding just one row of peppers but that’s exactly what happened. I weeded one row , I tried to start a second, but the baby bump humbled me quickly 🤣😅
Anyways the Italian peppers are sizing up fast this year and putting lots of fruits per plants! We planted them early February, we should start seeing some coloring/ ripening very soon!

Handpicked green beans before nightfall today. The rain does make magic over the farm! One more day and they would be stringy.

Romanesco zucchini’s and green beans are back in season!! Since this is our first harvest, we have a limited availability. You can pick up a zucc or some beans in the farm store. Open today through Friday !
