Today is World Caring Day, a day highlighting family caregivers' selflessness of helping loved ones through critical health journeys. Family caregivers play an important role in their loved ones lives and their efforts and responsibilities often go unnoticed.

Family caregivers may feel overwhelmed and alone, leading to feelings of low motivation and burnout. We encourage family and friends of family caregivers to recognize the signs of burnout and offer to help with a small task, or even ask how they are feeling. Acknowledgement of their love and effort can go a long way.

Make someone feel seen and loved today. All it takes is one small random act of kindness 💛

For Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, we wanted to remind you that we have a FREE Men's Support Group ran by located at our Tooele Office.

It's a space to listen, share, and encourage one another.

On this Memorial Day, we honor the fallen heroes who bravely served and defended our nation, whilst recognizing the importance of supporting the mental health and well-being of our veterans and military families.

If you are struggling, please remember that you are not alone. There are people around you who support you, as well as resources available to help you. If you are in a crisis, contact the veterans crisis line: dial 988, then press 1 or text 838255.

Note: Our office staff are out of office today, but will be back tomorrow, May 26th, with our usual office hours 9 AM - 5 PM.

Take a break from your algorithm and check in with yourself. Pay attention to how you are feeling in your body, what your mind is thinking, and how you can make the most of today.
