A Proud Madison Station Announcement

It is with great pride and excitement that we share that Assistant Principal Harvey Williams, Jr. has been named the next Principal of Ann Smith Elementary in Ridgeland.

This appointment is especially meaningful as Mr. Williams returns to a school that is familiar to him. Prior to joining Madison Station, he served as Assistant Principal at Ann Smith Elementary. Now, he has the opportunity to return and lead the school as its principal.

Over the past eight years, Mr. Williams has been an invaluable part of the Madison Station family. We are grateful for his leadership, his servant's heart, and the countless ways he has invested in our students, staff, and community. We will always cherish the memories—from all of the DJ Williams appearances and Santa dress-up days to the thousands of high fives that brightened hallways and made students feel seen and loved.

While we will miss him tremendously, we are excited to see him step into this new role and continue making a difference for children and families. His impact on Madison Station will be felt for years to come, and we know Ann Smith Elementary is gaining an outstanding leader.

Please join us in congratulating Mr. Williams on this well-deserved opportunity. We wish him all the love, joy, and excitement that come with beginning this new chapter. We are incredibly proud of him and grateful for the eight years he has given to Madison Station.
