Meet ✨ Cervato ✨ — our new Wine & Tapas Bar, opening this spring inside the Madison Public Market

Cervato will be a fresh, elevated way to experience Timber Hill wines in the heart of Madison, paired with thoughtfully curated tapas and small plates — all in an incredible space surrounded by some of the best local makers and food businesses in the state.

This project has been a long time in the making, and we are beyond thrilled to finally share it with you. Seeing this dream move from concept to reality has been nothing short of surreal, and we cannot wait to welcome you in.
