On Monday, we welcomed Emma to The Creative Company as Brand Storytelling Coordinator. Emma previously was the Director of Marketing for the Madison Film Festival and in the video production department for the Wisconsin Union. She holds a bachelors degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a double major in mass communications and music composition. We’re excited to have her join us on our mission to do good and make a difference in the world through our work!

The Creative Company Announces Promotion of Hallie Heuser to Operations & Client Services Lead

MADISON, Wis. (April 14, 2026) – The Creative Company announces the promotion of Hallie Heuser to Operations & Client Services Lead, recognizing her growing impact on the firm’s internal operations and client delivery.
Since joining the firm in March 2021 as a designer, Heuser has played a key role in strengthening operational systems, supporting financial processes, and ensuring consistent ex*****on across client engagements. In her expanded role, she will continue to advance workflow coordination, onboarding, and operational discipline, supporting both team performance and client experience.
