National Construction remodeled an apartment building on Langdon Street for Mansfield Hall, a collection of living and learning communities for college students with locations in four cities. The 10,635 square foot project, undertaken with project partners Sketchworks Architecture, encompassed student rooms, bathrooms, dining areas, offices and common areas. National Construction renovated a more than 150-year-old former church in Sun Prairie into a larger and more luxurious location for Faded Roots Boutique. The locally owned business had outgrown its leased space down the street, and the owner had a vision to revive the iconic historic building.
