Im waiting on Madison taxi
so I'm trying a new approach to share my knowledge by hosting an event on Facebook this Thursday. If anyone has leftovers they don't know what to do with besides reheat, post here and I'll give you some ideas. Should be fun and entertaining for sure. my silly face will surely do something to bounce your belly! Can't wait!

Here is a delicious recipe for you all to try at home:
Mustard and molasses salmon
1 cup stone ground mustard
3 tbs molasses
1 cup sliced green onion/ or ramp greens if in season
Half lemon
S/p
Sear presentation side of salmon. Mix all ingredients, except
lemon. Smear on seared side. Place in 400 degree oven 5 min or until salmon is done to your likeness.
Remove from oven and squeeze lemon over top.
Enjoy!!

To make it as convenient as possible, I travel to your dinner party, prep the food, serve the food & clean up afterwards.
