To everyone new here, I’m Ian, the filmmaker behind Anchored North Films!

Next month kicks off the 2026 wedding season, and I genuinely couldn’t be more excited. From Milwaukee to the U.P., this year is filled with incredible celebrations, meaningful stories, and couples who deeply value family, legacy, and the people around them.

This will be my second full season primarily focused on weddings, and one of the biggest blessings of this journey has been the people I’ve met along the way. The couples, planners, photographers, and creatives I’ve connected with have made this work incredibly fulfilling.

This year, I’m pushing myself creatively in a big way, refining the experience, elevating the films, and sharing more of the behind-the-scenes process that goes into documenting a wedding day with intention.
