We flavor boost our bialy dough with 100% extraction Heartland Grains Rye and Meadowlark Mills Snowbird high protein 14%. When baked perfectly a beautiful red hue blossoms from the crust. We’ll be headed to the market with them loaded with plenty of market ingredients and I expect we’ll be able to snag sweet corn for a few more weeks.
