Phase 2 of Occupy Madison's original Tiny Homes & Gardens project, providing dignified housing to our formerly homeless neighbors, is nearing completion. Addition to main building will add Kitchen, Dining, Meeting/Lounge, Laundry, 3rd shower and 3-season porch - and allow placing of 4 additional Tiny Homes for a total of 9. Almost on schedule despite the disruptions in the construction world.

Preparing presentation for city and neighborhood approval process for the second permanent Occupy Madison Tiny House Village on Aberg Avenue. Here are a few renderings illustrating the new village with 22 Tiny Homes.

Final site plan for the second Occupy Madison Village - Winter Shelter Version. Rapid deployment of 28 "Conestoga Huts" to shelter currently homeless persons through winter/spring and expand the OM Village community. Existing former Wiggies' Bar building will house shared facilities & services - showers, rest rooms, laundry, kitchen & dining.

Second phase of project will transition from 28 of the 60 sf huts to about 18 of the typical 98 sf OM Tiny Homes, pending design review and approval via the city's typical development review process, same as we did for the existing Village on N. 3rd Street.

This will be Dane County's 4th gated community. The original Village was the 3rd. We again have decided to skip the golf course.

Madison's only club venue devoted exclusively to jazz. Opened in September 2018. Bar/lounge & intimate listening room for 99 patrons. Owner: Renowned Jazz musician Hanah Jon Taylor.
