That’s why we’re dialed in on a singular mission (some may say obsessive, and we’re ok with that) to ensure everyone can enjoy pasta that actually tastes like pasta – no matter dietary restrictions or lifestyle choices. We believe fresh pasta can be gluten-fr

ee and still have the same amazing taste and texture as “regular” pasta. That’s the standard each of our products has to meet before ever making its way to your plate. Taste Republic was born from a passion to help. In 2008, wanting to solve the longstanding – and previously unsolved – challenge to make a gluten-free, fresh pasta that had the same amazing taste and texture as its regular counterpart, one of Taste Republic’s cofounders (our resident creative genius) nailed the recipe. His inspiration and motivation? A friend diagnosed with celiac disease who could no longer eat traditional pasta. On the heels of the invention (to us, this is like Wright brothers level stuff), Taste Republic’s five founders focused on blending purpose, passion and pasta to create what’s become one of the most popular gluten-free brands. That drive led to the creation of numerous gluten-free and vegan pastas that continue to set the standard for what’s possible. Today, our goal hasn’t changed. Sure, we’re adding more pastas and continuing to push the limits, but we’ll never sway from our core believe that food is more than sustenance. And everyone deserves access to great pasta. No. Matter. What. We’re looking for new ways to create equity, to ensure no one feels singled out or left out because of dietary restrictions they can’t control. It began with gluten-free pasta, and we’ll never lose sight of that. But, we’re on a mission to do more. As a certified B Corporation, we’ve taken intentional steps to improve the world. Whether that’s helping build a more sustainable and inclusive economy or finding ways to help the gluten-free community, we’re in it for the long haul.

The way to our heart? A big bowl of Sesame Garlic GF Egg Noodles 🍜✨ Trust us, this recipe is a must-try.

Ingredients:
- 1 package of Taste Republic Egg Noodles
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Chopped scallions, for garnish
- Lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, tahini, rice vinegar, ginger, maple syrup, chili flakes, and black sesame seeds until combined.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package directions.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, then add the cooked noodles.
- Pour in the sauce and toss until the noodles are evenly coated.
- Serve topped with chopped scallions and lemon slices 🍋✨

Lunch doesn’t need to be complicated ✨ Try this viral summer lunch recipe that’s fresh, easy, and literally summer in a bowl 🍋🥒🍝

Ingredients:
- 1 package of Taste Republic Spinach & Cheese Tortelloni
- 1/2 can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- Feta cheese, to taste
- 1 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning
- A drizzle of your favorite vinaigrette

Directions:
- Cook the Tortelloni according to package directions and let cool slightly.
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix until well combined.
- Serve chilled and enjoy ✨
