I'm working on setting weekly SMART Health goals for myself. I'm taking it in bite sized pieces (I recommend it). This week my goal is to drink 64 oz of water each day Sunday, February 28th - March 6th.
To aid in my success I'm drinking 12 oz first thing in the morning. I'm going to drink 12 oz prior to each meal. That gets me to 36 oz that I will not have to think about much. Since I take Isotonix vitamins (powered vitamins mixed with 8 oz of water) that brings me to 44 oz. Then I've set alarms on my phone to prompt me to drink the other 24 oz of water at various times during each day.
I love using mason jars as they are a great way to measure water intake and I can put a lid on them and take them with me.

I really enjoy fresh squeezed juices. It’s really fun.

Harping again - you control your own destiny. You shape your world. You have the power. BUT you can lean on others. I've found bootcamps to be one of the best ways to learn how to properly move and get the support you need. Hope you'll come to one of my classes too
