We are so honored to receive TWO national NARI awards for our remodeling projects! We won in the categories of Residential Interior Over $500,000 and Residential Addition Over $500,000. We could not do this awesome work without the help our trade partners and support from NARI Madison! It also helps to have fabulous clients who make our jobs exciting and fun! It's truly a privilege and a joy to do what we do.

We had fantastic time last night at NARI Madison's trivia night! Our team "Ken & the Hard Hat Hustlers" won first place!! (Not to brag, but it's our second year in a row winning first place) Congrats to Ken, Tessa, Autumn, Janet, Janine and Victoria for the win! 🥳

A huge thank you to Kim, Trish and everyone at NARI for putting together such a fun event. (Our Operations Manager Victoria would also like to give props to whoever made the shredded pork... it was delicious!)

Another big thanks goes out to Walk Your Plans Madison WI for hosting the event. We loved seeing the cool tech you guys have brought to the remodeling community here in Madison and look forward to learning more about what you guys can do.

We're already preparing for a three-peat next year... so watch out for us! 😁

Our Property Coordinator Andy and his daughter Ophelia participated in the Clean Lakes Alliance Frozen Assets 5k this past weekend. We are so proud to share that Ophelia, 12, took FIRST PLACE in the 18 & under (female) category!! (And 81st overall!!) You're a rock star, Ophelia!!
