We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the event of a last-minute cancellation (anything within 24 hours of the appointment), the card on file will be charged 50% of the service price(s). As always, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

At the end of this month, we’ll be saying goodbye to Madisen, Leah, and Kim as they begin an exciting new chapter in their own space. While we’ll miss having them here at The Shop, we are thankful for the time, talent, and care they’ve shared with all of us and wish them the best on their new adventure! To book with them in their new space, please reach out to them directly.
