Today, we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a leader who inspired us all to dream big, work hard, and stand together in unity. At FFM we believe in creating a space where everyone feels empowered to achieve their goals—no matter where they come from or where they’re headed. Let’s honor his legacy by continuing to move forward, not just in fitness, but in kindness, equality, and perseverance. 💪🏼💪🏾🙌🏼🙌🏾

Grateful to have Alicia “JoJo” Starbuck join our Mindful Flow Class today at 10AM led by Cheryl Verchinski . Katie Siano, met JoJo at Jane’s Nail’s in Madison back in November.

This year, one of my favorite conversations on The Mel Robbins Podcast was with Stanford neurosurgeon and neuroscientist Dr. James Doty.

It’s also one of our most shared episodes and was selected by the editors at Spotify when The Mel Robbins Podcast was named the 12th most downloaded show in the world in 2024. Yes, the episode is that good.

Dr. Doty poured his heart into that conversation and at times was so moved by what he shared, that he started crying. So did I.

But there’s another more personal reason, I wanted you to see this.

A few days after Dr. Doty taped this conversation with me, he had a medical misadventure on October 9th. He has been in the ICU since then. I have stayed in touch with his family every step of the way and it would mean the world to Jim and to me, if you would send some positive energy his way.

Dr. Doty has given so much to the world and continues to inspire all of us with his kindness and huge heart. Just as he poured into us, in this life-altering conversation about neuroscience and manifestation, I want the world to send LOVE back to him, to fill up the universe’s highways to him with mental images of a laughing, happy, healthy, joyful Jim.

The power of collective love is real. If Dr. Doty’s words have had a positive impact on you - please send positive healing love back to him.

And if you haven’t heard the episode, take a minute and give yourself the gift of spending time with Dr. Doty. He has such a powerful connection to the universe, I almost wonder when I listen back if his soul didn’t sense something was coming - and that’s why he poured every ounce of himself into our conversation that day. He did it for you.
