One of the best moments from yesterday’s webinar came from a simple “let’s try it live” idea.
An attendee tuning in from Washington - Corey - volunteered to put his cell number in the chat so we could send him a real ScheduleVO text notification during the demo.
He received the interactive text, opened the link, and filled out an individual timecard entry right from his phone.
A minute later, when we opened the crew/foreman timecard, his entry was already there - auto-populated and ready for review.
As you've probably experienced, most software demos (especially in this industry) are tightly controlled. You watch a salesperson click through a polished environment, then you wonder what it will actually feel like for your crews.
We take a different approach.
Corey used IVO hands-on for the first time during the webinar and had his timecard entry flow directly into the foreman's crew timecard without a setup call, an app download, training, or a long explanation.
That is what we mean when we say IVO is built for the field - it's simple, and it just works.
