Check out this incredible addition to Attainment Company, Inc., facilities! They recently relocated their offices to a pre-engineered building expansion designed our team and KSW Construction Corporation, Quam Engineering and MP SquaredStructural Engineers. The expansion connects their offices to their existing warehouse, creating a seamless workflow for their team. Attainment Company provides educational products for people with disabilities, and this new expansion will allow them to continue their important work.

Throw back to our first project at Dimension IV Madison 20 years ago.

Friday night we celebrated our 20 year anniversary and ownership expansion with our D-IV staff, family and friends at n+1 in Verona. We are thankful for our dedicated staff and family support and looking forward to our continued success in the future!

Last week several of our had the opportunity to join a tour of Grandview Commons jobsite on the East Side of Madison. The women got to meet participants from a wide range of companies throughout the industry. They toured multiple phases of this 6 story commercial, mixed-use building with 2 levels of underground parking, 5 levels of wood, and 168,000 sq. ft.

Mary is a recent University of Wisconsin-Madison graduate, having obtained a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture and a certificate in Design Strategy. She is joining us this summer as an Interior Design Intern, working on everything from space planning for state office buildings to evacuation plans for a senior housing building, along with material and finish selections for a mall and office building. In her free time, Mary enjoys being outside in Madison (especially at the Memorial Union Terrace), crocheting, kayaking, watching movies, and spending time with her family.


Jenny is an incoming senior at Mississippi State University where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Architecture degree, a five-year professional degree. While at school, she is a member of the School of Architecture program BARNworks, a student-run organization that publishes student work throughout the college. At Dimension IV Jenny works as an Architectural intern, working on various design projects throughout Wisconsin. In her free time, Jenny loves to spend time reading, watching movies/ anime, spending time in nature, having a picnic, and playing volleyball or baseball.

During our most recent collaborative brainstorming session, Belotserkovskaia, RA, AIA, NCARB led our team through an exercise in promoting the diversity of options during the design process. Thank you to Marina for leading a successful design charrette!

This 255,000 SF adaptive reuse project was renovated from a historic industrial plow manufacturing complex to a mixed-use development.

We are excited to announce the strengthening of our leadership team with two new members: Carl Miller, AIA, LEED Green Associate, and Tracey Mac Murchy, AIA. Additionally, Tina Gordon, NCIDQ, increased her ownership as the new Marketing Manager.
