Stark Company Realtors - Relocation Division

Our Story

The Relocation Division was started in 1987 under President Phillip Stark to oversee referral business for the entire company. Over the years, the division has had four directors and up to as many as four employees in the division at one time servicing referrals, building corporate development and connecting with fellow brokerages.

Currently, the division has two employees, a Director and a Coordinator. The primary focus of the division is to become better integrated within the Stark agent population to increase incoming and outgoing leads. The division has won several Leading RE accolades over the years including Incoming Conversion (2004, 2009), Crown of Excellence (2009) and Customer Experience: Transaction of the Year (2010). Most recently, Stark Company Realtors ranked third for the 2014 Pinnacle Award, Broker-to-Broker Outgoing Closed Revenue.
