To celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, our little artistas brought history to life by blending vibrant autumn harvest tones into wearable masterpieces. We love watching their creativity bloom while honoring our rich cultural roots! 🍂🎨

🍎 Martes de Manos en la Masa 🥧

Today, our peques explored how apples grow, their partes, and all the yummy things we can make.

✨ Dissected a manzana and recreated it on our felt board.

🌳Apple Picking Game: Fun movement activity practicing shapes and colors!

✂️ Small Groups: Practiced cutting skills and explored círculos and números.

🎶 Music: Learned catchy songs about apples!

👏🏽Sensory Play: We set up an Apple Farm and Market! They taste-test dried apples, fresh cider, bake pies with playdough, and create una manzana craft!

🌧️ Exploring La Lluvia🌧️

Today, our preschoolers had an amazing time discovering rain through movement and sensory play! We mimicked how rain forms, jumped and mixed colors to recreate raindrop sounds, and explored numbers with our lluvia beads.

Using our pies y piernas, we helped las gotas de lluvia move, adding energy to our learning. We also learned new words like rayos and lluvia while creating patterns.

As the real rain fell outside, we even made our own indoor rain! To top it off, we danced and sang “¡Lluvia, lluvia, vete ya!”

What an exciting day filled with learning and creativity! 🌈✨
