Saaz is an Indian music group based in Madison, WI. Saaz is a UW Madison RSO since 2013.
Saaz is a music group that performs classical, folk and contemporary Indian music. Most of its members are students and have been performing on UW campus for over four years. Saaz was born out of a desire to integrate these individual efforts into a cohesive unit, where people inspire each other to create music that has universal appeal. Saaz is a Registered Student Organization (RSO) of UW Madiso

Jam sessions are returning for the fall semester! Students and community members are welcome. We also welcome those who have played music since childhood and those who perform for their first time with us.
