Join us this Friday, June 12th, for Pride Shabbat! We are welcoming Rabbi Daniel Bogard from St. Louis, Missouri for services on Friday and Torah Study on Saturday morning.

A nationally recognized advocate for LGBTQ+ inclusion and trans youth, Rabbi Bogard will lead a pre-Shabbat conversation at 5:00 pm Friday about raising an LGBTQ+ child in today’s political climate (with activities & story time for kids during this time).

He will also deliver the sermon during the 6pm Shabbat services reflecting on what Pride means through a Jewish lens in 2026. Stay afterward for a Pride-themed Oneg Shabbat at 7pm.

We hope you’ll join us for a meaningful Pride Shabbat weekend full of conversation, reflection, and community. 🏳️‍🌈

TBE mourns the passing of Michael Johnson, a strong and consistent voice of inclusivity and justice in the Madison community. We were grateful for opportunities to work with him in the past and know that his legacy will continue to inspire. May his memory be for a blessing.
