🎒☀️ OUR LUNCHBOX LEGENDS ARE HERE. ☀️🎒

This summer, we’re chasing the flavors of long afternoons, scraped knees, little league games, county fairs, and the snacks you couldn’t wait to find in your lunchbox.

Introducing our June/July menu: Lunchbox Legends.

This year’s lineup includes:

🌭 Ball Park Frank Focaccia– House-made focaccia loaded with franks hotdogs, mustard aioli, relish and diced onions

🌽 Mexican Street Corn Focaccia – Roasted sweet corn in and on top our focaccia, tajin, lime-aioli, cojita cheese and green onions

🪱 Dirt & Worms – Because some things are perfect exactly as you remember them

🍿 Cracker Jack Cake – Inspired by baseball’s most iconic snack

🍯 Hot Honey & Cornbread Cheesecake – Sweet, savory, and just a liiiiiiittle spicy!

🍋🫖 Arnold Palmer Cheesecake – Your favorite summertime drink in cheesecake form…

From the ballpark to the backyard, this menu is packed with the flavors that made summer feel endless.

🌈 HAPPY PRIDE MONTH! 🌈

While we celebrate Pride every day at Baked Lab, this month we’re hanging from the rafters and turning the volume all the way up, girl!

We’ve got an incredible month ahead—starting tonight as we provide desserts for Pride Month Reception at the Executive Residence. What an honor to help celebrate Wisconsin’s LGBTQ+ community and the people who make it so vibrant.

And we’re just getting started:

✨ Delta Pride this Friday .beer
✨ Live on Queen at the Orpheum later this month
✨ Plenty of treats, celebrations, and community all month long

Pride is about joy, visibility, belonging, and showing up for one another. We’re proud to be part of a community that continues to create space for everyone to be exactly who they are.

Here’s to a month full of love, celebration, and a whole lot of dessert.

Sometimes I don’t get a chance to snap a good photo of a beautiful cake—and honestly, that’s usually how I know wedding season has arrived. 💍🎂

It’s been a busy weekend filled with weddings, celebrations, and a fantastic Saturday at the shop. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who trusted us to be part of their special day and to all who stopped by to support us this weekend.

*We do offer cupcakes! (Not custom though…)
*We do NOT stock cupcakes in our case.
*Cupcakes must be ordered 5 days in advance!
*Cupcakes can be ordered online at thebakedlab.com whenever you’re feeling it but have to be ordered in 1/2 dozen increments of the same flavor.

This Friday, May 1, many Madison schools and businesses will close in support of A Day Without Immigrants.

We stand firmly with our immigrant neighbors who are essential to the spirit, culture, and strength of Madison. A portion of all sales on May 1 will be donated in support of our immigrant communities.

We’re grateful for all the ways immigrants help shape our city—and we stand in solidarity today and every day. |

What. A. Week.
Storms, the unexpected chaos, the start of the cleanup... it was rough but we made it though! AND this community?
Unmatched.
Y’all came through on Saturday and reminded us why we do what we do. Thanks so much for showing up. One of
best days in the shop. So many smiling faces, wild laughter, grateful convos. It was a stellar day. Enjoy your Sunday and we’ll see you on Thursday! 👏🏼
