We’ve had so many weddings happening this weekend and next, and we’re absolutely loving being part of all these celebrations. 💍This cake? One of our recent favorites. Simple, modern, and very Baked Lab.

And a little reminder: our new hours start September 30! We’re opening earlier and can’t wait to be a part of your morning routine — coffee, pastries, and all. ☕️🥐

Well, now that we’ve announced our new hours starting September 30, let’s talk about why. 💜

We want Baked Lab to be part of your full day — from your morning coffee run to an afternoon treat and everything in between.

And honestly? We’re really proud of the coffee we’re serving from our partners and friends Nordskov Coffee . ☕️ They’ve been a huge part of Baked Lab’s story, and we want more of you to experience what they’re doing.

So we’re ready to be part of your morning routine — the place you grab your coffee, pick up a pastry, and start your day a little sweeter. ☕️🥐

You’ve been asking… it’s about time we obliged. 😅 Starting September 30, we’re expanding our hours! More days, more coffee, more focaccia, more cookies, more cake — basically, more reasons to come hang with us. 💜

NEW HOURS:
Wednesdays: 8am–1pm
Thursdays & Fridays: 8am–8pm
Saturdays: 9am–8pm
Sundays: 9am–1pm

HOW IS IT SEPTEMBER ALREADY?! 🍎🍂

New month, new menu, new reasons to come hang in the Lab.

Squash. Apples. Caramel. Chocolate. PB&J. S’mores. French Toast. Tiramisu.

I know it’s hotter than hell this week but we’re basically, we’re leaning very hard into fall.

☕️ Coffee is a big part of the Baked Lab story.

When we were getting ready to open, we knew we wanted to bring a new coffee roaster to the neighborhood—and we found the perfect partner in Nordskov Coffee.

Nordskov has been with us from the beginning, helping us build a coffee program that feels right at home alongside all the things coming out of our ovens. Intentional. Precise. And absolutely delicious.

After 9 years, Shawn’s parents are finally coming back to Madison. And for the very first time ever, they’re coming to visit Baked Lab.
So obviously… we’re throwing a party.

There will be Boston-inspired treats, our new September menu, and, if we’re lucky, a few mildly embarrassing stories about Shawn.

Yes, they’re very proud.
Yes, they might have wicked accents.
