Classic buttermilk waffle topped with mango compote, passion fruit whipped cream & served with Marquardt Farms maple syrup.
Fern’s Lunch
A beef short rib skewer layered with grilled onions on a bed of rustic citrus mash, topped with pickled red onions and shaved green onions for garnish. Served with a side salad.
Saturday Scramble
Three eggs scrambled with pork sausage, red onion, zucchini, portobello, and asiago. Served with a petite side salad and your choice of toast.
