BWBR's Education Community of Practice, a group dedicated to expanding the firm's knowledge and resources around education design, recently visited two projects on the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus. Tours of the newly completed Fraser Hall and the Carlson School of Management, now in the final stages of construction, gave the team an opportunity to learn, connect, and see our work brought to life!

At the Mayo Clinic Center for Safe and Healthy Children and Adolescents, custom window film designed by BWBR’s graphics team provides privacy in outward-facing spaces while preserving access to natural daylight. Inspired by nature, these elements help foster a safe and welcoming environment thoughtfully designed to support the needs of the center’s patients.

For children and families at Gillette Children's in Saint Paul, MN, the operating room is where they place their hope in the hands of skilled surgeons, doctors, nurses and support staff. Recently however, another team has been hard at work in the ORs: project partners BWBR, Dunham Associates, Inc., and McGough—planning and executing a complete renovation of the spaces where some of the hospital’s most life-changing work takes place.

Helping the Healers: Gillette Children’s Operating Room Transformation - BWBR Recently architects, engineers and construction professionals have been hard at work completing a renovation of the Gillette Children's OR.
