πŸ€πŸŒž Today, Wisconsin 4-H Summer Academy participants will round out their experience with a capnote presentation from Jeremy Triblett.

Jeremy is an organizational learning architect, behavior-change strategist, and founder of JT Design & Present (JTDP), a consulting firm that utilizes evidence-based frameworks to design learning experiences and implementation systems that drive behavior change and sustain performance.

πŸ“£ For more than 15 years, Jeremy has worked at the intersection of leadership development, facilitation, organizational culture, strategic communication, and implementation design. His work focuses on one central challenge facing modern organizations: helping people consistently think, communicate, collaborate, and perform differently together.

πŸ“ˆ Jeremy is best known for creating interactive learning systems that transform traditional training into engaging, implementation-focused experiences.

Rather than delivering onetime workshops that are quickly forgotten, Jeremy designs systems that combine evidence-informed frameworks, facilitated learning experiences, implementation tools, reflection strategies, and organizational accountability processes to help individuals and teams sustain growth over time.

🀝 Through JT Design & Present, Jeremy has partnered with people leaders in healthcare systems, universities, foundations, nonprofits, government agencies, school districts, leadership networks, and corporations to facilitate organizational transformation efforts focused on leadership development, communication, equity and youth engagement, culture change, strategic planning, governance, and team alignment.

πŸ’Ό Organizations Jeremy has worked with include the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention (AFSP), University of Wisconsin-Madison, Medical College of Wisconsin, Marshfield Clinic Health System, Mercy Housing, Victoria's Secret & Co., Greater Milwaukee Foundation, Kohl's Department Stores, Westfield State University, Vivent Health, and numerous youth-serving and community-based organizations throughout the United States.
