WORLD CUP 2026 OPENING MATCH WATCH PARTY TODAY, THURSDAY JUNE 11 at 1 pm
The wait is over! Join us as we kick off the FIFA World Cup 2026 with the historic opening match featuring Mexico Vs South Africa in the tournament opener at Mexico City Stadium on June 11, 2026, at 1 pm. Doors open at 12:30 pm
This match marks the beginning of the biggest World Cup in history, hosted across Mexico, the United States, and Canada.
Madison International Partners in Partnership with WESLI will show the game live on the big screen in Fellowship Hall.
Bring your friends, wear your favorite team colors, and experience every moment of the opening match on our big screens with fellow soccer fans. Enjoy great snacks and soft drinks.

The Global Spouse Circle on June 10th (Wednesday) has been canceled due to the bad weather forecast. The meeting will resume on June 17th. Stay safe.

Global Spouse Circle provides opportunities for international spouses/partners to make connections with Americans, develop friendships, and get support within the Madison community as they embark on a new life in the United States. Our English Conversation Time morning session provides opportunities for internationals from all over the world to join via Zoom for meaningful interactions, English practice, and cross-cultural exchanges. What a fantastic event we just had, thanks to all of you (cooks, volunteers, and staff)! Your participation helped make International Cooking and Dinner a complete success last Saturday (May 31). Through preparing and sharing a variety of cuisines by our international community members, we learned more about other cultures and made meaningful connections. We had a chance to taste different delicious dishes from all over the world as well as have fun participating in the event. We look forward to seeing you again.
