The recently built Foundry on 3rd Luxury Apartments is a mixed-use multifamily building in downtown Wausau, Wis. As structural engineer of record, MP-Squared designed the wood-framed building, a structural steel skywalk and a small structural steel canopy for the project.

St. Matthew’s Church in Marathon, Wisconsin, is a perfect example of creative structural design solutions enabling architectural beauty. Working closely with the architect, MP-Squared overcame the challenges of the impressive sanctuary to design the envisioned wood-framed building, while ensuring structural integrity.

May is National Historic Preservation Month, a time to celebrate the places that tell the American story and provide redevelopment opportunities for local communities. MP-Squared helps preserve such properties with our structural evaluation services. Our featured historic rehab project converted The Northern Casket Company building, originally built in 1872, into the Brooke Street Lofts in Fond du Lac.
