We're excited to announce that Tim Schleeper has been elected to the Vierbicher Board of Directors! 🙌

Tim has built a career spanning more than three decades in municipal and private development engineering across southern Wisconsin, and has been a driving force at Vierbicher since 2010. As Engineering Services Manager and a licensed Professional Engineer, Tim brings deep expertise in road and utility reconstruction, site development, stormwater management, and construction administration, along with a long record of mentoring engineering staff and strengthening our municipal client relationships.

His election to the Board reflects his proven leadership, his commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture, and his dedication to the firm and the communities we serve. Tim's experience, steady guidance, and client-focused approach will be invaluable as we continue to grow.

Our Madison team recently took a quick break from engineering scales and site plans to unleash their creative side! 🎨

To celebrate our upcoming new office space, the team collaborated on a custom, multi-panel mural. The final reveal perfectly captures our Madison roots - featuring the State Capitol dome, our beautiful local lakes, and sailboats, all brought together under the Vierbicher logo. ⛵🏛️

A huge shout out to The Curious Crafter Madison for sponsoring this event and providing all the supplies to make it happen. We can't wait to hang this in our new office as a reminder of what happens when a team aligns its vision! 🙌

The Madison and Reedsburg teams took the show on the road! 🚌✨

From the newly completed Dellshire Resort to some of the finished and up-and-coming housing developments, we spent the day touring project sites to see how our latest designs are holding up in the real world.

While it was a blast to get out and catch up as a team, the real highlight was seeing the impact our work has on the community. From complex infrastructure to new developments, seeing the "finished product" is the ultimate reminder of why we do what we do.

High-fives, fresh air, and a lot of pride in the projects we’re building across Wisconsin! 🙌

Celebrating the Grand Opening of Dellshire Resort 🏰✨

From the first survey stake to the final scales on Golspar, it’s been an incredible journey bringing the Dellshire Resort to life! We were honored to join our partners and the Wisconsin Dells community to celebrate the official grand opening of this one-of-a-kind destination ✂️🎉.

Located on the former grounds of Fort Dells, the resort features 208 rooms and an immersive "Medieval-meets-Midwest" theme. Notable highlights include Serpent’s Bay waterpark courtyard and the impressive 70-foot fire-breathing dragon, Golspar 🐉.

Vierbicher is proud to have provided full survey and stormwater services, ensuring the groundwork for this legendary project was as solid as the castle walls.

What an incredible day at the 2026 Kids Building Wisconsin event! 🏗️✨

We were blown away by the energy and curiosity of the over 12,000 attendees who came out to explore the world of construction and engineering. At the Vierbicher booth, our Model Town building sets were a huge hit! 🏢📐

It was a joy to watch future engineers and surveyors design and build their own community layouts and discover how engineering transforms a simple idea into a thriving neighborhood. 🏠

A massive thank you to the organizers, volunteers, and all the families who stopped by to build with us. We’re already looking forward to next year! 👷

Empower. 🏌️‍♀️ Our Madison office was the place to be yesterday as our very own Amy Powers co-hosted Swing into Summer: Fore the Ladies - bringing together professional women for an afternoon of networking, golf simulator fun, and genuine connection. The turnout was amazing, and the conversations even better. Huge congratulations to Amy and co-host Jennifer Kratochwill of Supreme Structures for pulling off something truly special.
