Our Regional and Operations Leadership teams recently came together for training, team building, and connection. The team participated in an Emotional Intelligence training led by our own Ken, gaining a fresh perspective on leadership, communication, and collaboration. They then headed to Wine & Design in Madison for a creative team-building experience filled with problem-solving, laughs, and connection.
