Étouffée is classic Cajun and Creole dish from Louisiana, meaning “smothered”. Traditionally offered with shellfish, we put our own spin on it with mushrooms…making her VEGAN!🔥 Cooked in a rich, spicy gravy and served over rice. “Smothered” cooking refers to the cooking method where ingredients are slowly cooked in a covered pot, allowing flavors to meld….so yes, she’s bold, she’s spicy, she’s filling, the best flavor bomb💥 and we ❤️ her…just ask our staff!
