We love seeing how our team puts their personal development grants to use, and Chris Kennedy really nailed it with his! When a 65-foot sycamore in his yard came down, Chris saw an opportunity: save a slab and turn it into something beautiful. Using his grant for materials, he built a stunning live-edge patio table from scratch — sanding, epoxying and crafting it by hand. And the best part? He got to do it alongside his son. We'd say that's a pretty tree-mendous DIY project!

Yesterday morning, Katie and Kelly attended the United Way of Dane County Women United Brunch, a celebration of the collective power of women supporting women in Dane County. Women United is a network of more than 1,200 members committed to creating pathways to financial security for local families. This year's event surpassed its fundraising goal, raising over $132,000 to fuel that mission. We're proud to be part of a community that shows up so powerfully for one another!

S’more memories were made at our third Camp Kennedy session last week! Our entire crew came together for a week of collaboration, learning and connection. From a barre class and book club to hands-on workshops and team offsites, it was the perfect way to celebrate the people and culture that make KennedyC what it is. We’re already counting down the days until we all gather around the campfire again!

This month, we're celebrating three teammates who are absolutely blooming with talent! Between Kennedy's diligence, Kelly's fearless drive and Maddie's infectious positivity, this trio is full of heart and hustle. We can't wait to watch them continue to blossom and flourish!
