While in our care, we will provide these animals with age appropriate vaccinations. For dogs/puppies this includes Rabies and DHLPP.
Dogs/puppies, if age appropriate, will also be tested for heartworm and intestinal parasites and also started on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives. All of our rescued pets will also be spayed/neutered and micro chipped prior to going to their forever home. If the pets are too young to be spayed/neutered we will work the adopters to ensure the dog is spayed/neutered. If the appointment is made through us, we will cover the cost. If the adopter's own veterinarian is used, we will reimburse up to the amount that we would pay at the clinic we use. Department of Agriculture License # 402420-DS
