Heim Agency is looking for a creative, motivated intern to join our team this fall!

This is a hybrid position based in Madison, WI, perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience inside a growing creative agency and wants to see what really goes on behind the scenes of content creation, social media, branding, and client work.

You’ll get the opportunity to:
→ Assist with content days + photoshoots
→ Help with social media + content planning
→ Support client projects + agency operations
→ Collaborate with our creative team
→ Build real-world experience + portfolio work

We’re looking for someone who is creative, organized, eager to learn, and excited about all things social media, content + branding.

As our Creative Content & Client Coordinator, she brings so much creativity, organization, and personality to our team. A UW–Madison alumna with an MS in Marketing, she has experience in both agency and in-house settings and a genuine passion for social media and content creation.

From coordinating with clients to helping bring creative ideas to life, Deeps has become such an important part of our day-to-day and an even more important part of our team.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her traveling, at the gym, or watching the newest TV show (and probably already recommending it to the rest of us 😂).

Meet Lucy!

For the past nine years, Lucy has been capturing colorful, personality-filled imagery that tells a story. As a photographer and content creator, she’s drawn to bold concepts, creative styling, and making every shoot feel uniquely you.

When she’s not behind the camera, you’ll probably find her hunting for one-of-a-kind vintage treasures, soaking up the sun at the Terrace with friends, swimming, or dreaming up her next conceptual self-portrait inspired by the vibrant styles of the ‘60s and ‘70s.

Her creativity, eye for detail, and love for storytelling make her an incredible part of the Agency creator team—and we are so lucky to have her! 🌈‼️❤️‍🔥
