We were thrilled to welcome several guests, and they didn’t just observe—they jumped in with both feet during Table Topics and absolutely shined! We love seeing visitors step outside their comfort zones and discover just how much they’re capable of.
The evening also featured two engaging prepared speeches and the thoughtful, encouraging evaluations that make Toastmasters such a powerful place to grow.
Congratulations to our winners!

Better late than never! 😄 Last Tuesday’s 5th Tuesday meeting came with a special twist as we traded traditional Table Topics for The Hook Makeover Game, where members put their creativity to the test by crafting attention-grabbing speech openings. Let’s just say Richard’s jaw-dropping hook left everyone wanting to hear the rest of the story!
The evening also featured two outstanding Ice Breaker speeches. Congratulations to Damian, whose humorous origin story earned him Best Speaker, and to Pooja, who showed remarkable confidence as she shared her journey of slaying the “dragon” of public speaking. You’re growing stronger with every speech, and it shows!
Congratulations to our award winners:
🏆 Best Speaker: Damian
🏆 Best Evaluator: Ken R.
🎣 Reel Champion: Richard

🚀 Mission accomplished!
Last week’s meeting was a celebration of everything we’ve achieved together as we closed out another Toastmasters year. From earning Smedley Distinguished to hearing members share their “why”—what brought them to Toastmasters and what keeps them coming back—it was a meaningful reminder that Redstone is more than a club; it’s a community.
We also proudly installed our incoming Club Executive Committee, who will officially begin their terms on July 1. Congratulations to our new officers! We can’t wait to see where your leadership takes us.
📢 New officers: Officer Training will be held via Zoom on July 18 from 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. If you haven’t received the registration link, please contact Lillian or Antwoin.
And the fun continues! Join us tomorrow for a specially themed Skills Building meeting. We’ll enjoy prepared speeches as usual, but our Table Topics segment will feature a special twist designed to help everyone sharpen their communication skills. You won’t want to miss it!
Here’s to celebrating our accomplishments and continuing to grow together. ❤️💙
