Chicken Wings on Green Bay Gameday!

On Thursday September 24, Bierock will be featuring Chicken Wings on Green Bay gameday.

Of course, we'll have a Watch Party with the game on our big projection screen TV starting at 7:00 p.m.

The chicken wings will feature a house-made dry rub on a combination of flats and drums. The choices are Jamaican Jerk or Classic Smoky.

They’ll then be complemented with your choice of Bleu Cheese, Chive Ranch or Buffalo dipping sauce.

And they’ll be available a half dozen at a time.

To be clear, chicken wings will not be a full-time part of the Bierock menu. And we make no guarantee they will be available beyond Sept. 24.

We will, however, have chicken wings for special occasions. And this is one of them.

This is an in-house promotion only, not available for phone or online orders.

So join us at Bierock as soon as doors open at 3:00 p.m. We do expect the wings to sell out.

Bierock’s full food and drink menu will still be available.

It's Green Bay's regular season home opener at Lambeau Field this evening as they host the Atlanta Falcons!

And don't forget the jello shots each time the Packers score a touchdown!

Popcorn Day: Jamaican Jerk

The fourth Wednesday of the month is Popcorn Night at Bierock.

Each month we'll be featuring a one-day-only special seasoning.

On Wednesday September 23 we're making popcorn with Jamaican Jerk seasoning.

That's a spice combination that primarily includes allspice, Scotch bonnet peppers among other ingredients. Of course, we mix it all with melted butter.

Do you love jerk seasoning on chicken and pork? Well, now's your opportunity to have it on popcorn at the only restaurant that would dare to do so.

All of our other popular popcorn flavors will be available as well.

Sales start at 3:00 p.m. when doors open.

Milwaukee could clinch a first-round bye in the playoffs as soon as tonight with a win or Atlanta loss.

This week's special is a Tater Tot Hot Dish bierock. Our latest creation is stuffed with ground beef, tater tots, peas, carrots and onions inside our freshly-baked bread dough. It's then complemented by a house-made Mushroom gravy dip. You know the drill. Get it before it's gone!
