Did you buy a house in the last 5 years and it's a tough sell? Did you buy one in the last 5 years and it was as easily sell? Custom / semi custom homes with great curb appeal seem to be stable and doing fine.
Patio homes, mid to lower spec homes, etc seem to have more of an uphill battle. Anyone know why??
