My client had just 30 days to find a home AND close. With an FHA loan (only 3.5% down) and some creative strategy, we were able to put together a strong offer that included a $4,000 credit back at closing to help cover costs and lender fees.

Out with the old and in with the new! 🏡
I’m so excited for my clients who came to me interested in a property—but with one challenge: they still had a home to sell. We ended up writing a sight-unseen offer (the home wasn’t even available for showings yet) and got them under contract before listing their own home.
